3. Bookings and Pricing
Fares, taxes, and surcharges are set by the rail carriers and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. US Train Ticket does not charge a separate service fee on top of the ticket price for standard phone bookings. The total amount you authorize at the time of booking is the amount you agree to pay.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of fare and schedule information, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected booking and issue a full refund.

5. Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation number or written confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at (888) 705-2999 before assuming your booking is complete.
6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the rules of the rail carrier that issued your ticket and by our Refund Policy. Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable. It is your responsibility to review the applicable fare rules before completing a booking.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger names, travel dates, and contact details.
- Arrive at the station with sufficient time before departure.
